Windows error 80072ee2 and 80072efe

Hi,

I need help please. It all started when the my wireless hardware stopped
working and the wireless button remained amber on & off. Every time i tried
to connect to the internet, the laptop wasn't able to detect wireless
networks, and the dialog box said "install wireless networking hardware and
verify that the correct drivers are loaded". The WLAN is even missing in the
device manager!

My laptop had other minor crashes so i figured a system recovery was in
order to solve all the problems. I did that- restoring the laptop to its
original factory state. Problem is i've been trying to update windows but it
keeps giving me the errors 80072ee2 and 8007efe.
Wireless still doesn't work and the light is stuck on amber on/off. Windows
firewall is off, i unistalled the free Norton Antivirus and i'm still lost.
I'm not a "techy" person so please excuse the simple explanation! I need all
the help i can get! Thank you!

factory state" or did you do a Repair Install (AKA In-place Upgrade)? Hint:
The latter would have preserved your data.

What anti-virus application was installed BEFORE you "restored" the laptop
and was your subscription current?

Hi = I had the same problem and solved it by updating my drivers from the manufacturer

Did you format your hard-drive before restoring the computer to "original
factory state" or did you do a Repair Install (AKA In-place Upgrade)? Hint:
The latter would have preserved your data

What anti-virus application was installed BEFORE you "restored" the laptop
and was your subscription current

Did this "free" version of NAV (Norton AntiVirus) come preinstalled on the
laptop when you bought it

Do you now have no anti-virus application installed
