Windows error code 2250

I m trying to execute a command on a remote 2k8 server machine using
psexec. However it fails with the error code 2250. I used a non admin
domain user to execute the command. When I use the domain admin
account to execute the command, it passes successfully. Could someone
help me resolve this?
