Windows error message 8024401B

I keep getting this "Important update required Windows Service Pack 3" notice
coming up. I have downloaded this service pack from the website as I do not
have the Microsoft Frontpage disc, but can not get it to install and the
"Important Update" message keeps coming up....Getting
fustrated................!!!

Are you referring to Windows XP Service Pack 3 and is it being offered by
Automatic Updates?

Yep thats the one, keeps saying it's important.....apparently
