Windows Error Recovery

Help I have a arer and got the screen Windows error recovery there are 2
choices one saids that it can fix it and to do that one the other is
safe mode the top one brings me right back to the smae screen and the
other one it looks like it's going to work then I get a blue screen and
it comes back to the smae screen HELP!!!

Without more information we can't help you. Is there any writing on the blue
screen? If there is, please give the exact text. Use your judgment and only
include pertinent information like the Stop Error number and names of any
files involved.

What is the recent history of this machine? Is it a laptop or a desktop?
What kind of antivirus/security software do you have installed?

The First Question Of Troubleshooting: If the problem is new, what changed
between the time things worked and the time they didn't?
