Why on earth would you have a laptop with 64bit Vista HOME installed? Are

Is TwcToolbarIe7.dll (the weather channel toolbar) installed on this system?
If that's not it - are ctbr.dll , nscb0.dll , nsff93f.dll , or nssda7e.dll
on the system?

One of those *should* be on the system and causing your problems.
