Hi All,

All operating systems! That is, Windows 98 SE, Windows ME, Windows XP
Home Edition Service Pack 2 and Windows Vista Ultimate RC2. All these
operating systems exhibit Freezing of Windows Explore at Startup (Boot),
when
Windows Live Messenger is signed in? In Windows 98 SE and Windows ME, it is
MSN Messenger 7.5 that freezes Explore up.

Is anyone else noticing this behavior? When I signed out of Windows Live
Messenger, Explore unfroze.

For Windows XP Home Edition Service Pack 2 and Vista Ultimate RC2, it is
at Boot, when you have Messenger loading and signing in at Boot, that
Explore (Desktop) seems to freeze and clicking on anything has no effect,
then suddenly, everything you clicked opens up.

I am using this Messenger program at Boot. The other Messenger programs
may cause this same problem, but I don't use them when booting up the
computer.

I also get this with Win XP Pro, started yesterday and has happened a few
times today. Had the 'Send to M$ as error's which I did.
