Windows Explorer: Always showing list of files

Is it possible to make Windows Explorer in Vista to always show the
_list_ of the files in every folder instead of icons, details or
tiles?

I would like the "List" option to be the default in all folders:

Slect the list view for any folder...
Click on *Organise >> Folder & Search Options >> View (tab)*
Click *Apply to all folders
