Windows explorer and windows host process RUNDLL32 has stopped working? HELP!!!

I have no idea what happenend today when i tuened on my computer,
boxes came up 2 of each Windows Explorer has stopped working and Window
Host process RUNDLL32 has stopped working. if i force quit them they po
right back up and you can barely use the computer. Yesterday i wa
trying to import my Client list from a copy off an external HD its fo
my buisness in ACT by Sage it wouldnt work and always used the Erro
read something about Memory being Corrupt

I have tried everything and i cant figure it out this is the mos
ridiculous thing i have ever seen im sick of it Vista is always hav
these problems.

Please Someone help.

This means?..
Some nonsystem application or codecks cause this.Have you installe
anything last time

Navigate to Start>>Search>>evenvwr.ms

and check all error messages in Application section concer
explorer.exe and rundll32.ex

You should also check in Control Panel>>Problem Reports and solution
