Windows Explorer Freezes on Deletes

I'm having a problem with my Windows XP. When ever I right click a file in
Windows Explorer or try to delete a file Windows Explorer freezes. Also, the
same thing happens when I right click or delete a icon on my desktop. I'm
sure but I believe it happened after I installed Windows XP SP2.

Any ideas?
