I've also had these issues and just posted a new thread asking for
assistnace. Haven't got to the bottom of why it happens but I know a
quick fix until someone tells us how to get round it properly. Download
a freeby s/w tool called unlocker. After install right click on the file
you want to delete and you will see unlocker as an option. This will
kill host.dll and explorer.exe so you can then delete the file and it
will start explorer again so will be fine. Works everytime but would
rather have a prper fix. Hope this helps someone.
