Since you're referencing DIVX and MP4, you're almost guaranteed to have
random multimedia software on the system. Most crashes in Windows these
days seem to come from bad third codecs. Knowing the fault data above (see
the link, or check the Problem Reports and Solutions Center control panel)
should enable me or someone else to potentially move you forward here.
