Hi,
When it occurs, hit ctrl+shift+escape to bring up Task Manager. From the
applications tab, click on 'new task'. Enter explorer.exe and hit ok to
restart it.
Your system likely needs to be checked for malware or viruses, as this is
the most frequent cause of this problem.
