Windows Explorer Maximized?

I have Vista Home Premium, and would like Windows Explorer to open maximized
automatically, rather than have to maximize it manually every time. Any
suggestions?

Open explorer, maximize and close it with "Shift" pressed...

You can do Method Two in this tutorial below to help Vista remember how
the window was when it was last closed for next time.
