Windows explorer is not responding

My laptop vista has problem. need help
Each time when login , the icons in desktop or taskbar do not response to
mouse click.
and show a message:
Windows explorer is not responding
ask to select:
restart the program
or
close the program

If I select the close the program, than all the icons in desktop and taskbar
are disappear.

If I select restart the program, (it will warnning information will
missing )
and the computer will work then.

This steps repeat again each time I login.

I tried
sfc /scannow
do not find problems

I tried
chkdsk /f

also could not find problem

I would try an older restore point in System Restore.

Please tell me someone has a solution for this problem. I now can onl
access the internet when i use Safari, every programs is not responding
From Task manager to Word to itunes I have access to nothing. I have
HP Pavilion dv6000, I have tried system restore and all the suggestion
on this site to repair IE. Someone please hel
