Is there a way to limit the search to folders only? For example, supposing I
wanted to use the search function to find the Windows Mail folder. If I type
windows mail in the search box I get to see every single email and newsgroup
message on my PC. If I use advanced search and type windows mail in the name
box I receive fewer hits but it still doesn't give me the folder named
Windows Mail only.

In the Search box, use the following:

type:folder name:"Windows Mail"
