I guess I have everyone stumped. I ran the "shell extension view"
program and it shows that both Avast and Spyware Terminator are
enabled. I reinstalled Terminator and the shell extension is back on
the context menu. I'm sure as soon as I turn off my laptop, it will
disappear. I would really appreciate any help!!
