History in the Problem Reports and Solutions control panel?

I had the same problem for months. Just often enough to be a pain. I
have fixed it and I'd guess you could do the same. I installed Safari and
after about a week of getting to know it, I like it better and it is
noticeably faster. Having said that, it is possible that if I had been
able to find the cause of the stop responding issues, that may have resulted
in a faster response by Window's Explorer.

I am not awre of fault data, all I do is that I work normlly and when I try
to switch between windows, the pointer changes into a turning sand clock and
the screen comes to a hault, then the error message pops up when i try to re
click again.
The history in the Problem Reports and Solution shows that there is no
solution to problems caused by IE and direct me to the update, the update
says that my computer is up to date !!

That wasn't really the question - the question was what *is* that data?
That's some specific and exact data that may or may not be informative. =)

If you're happy with the answer you've gotten, then I guess we're done here.
If you want to share that data, it may be decipherable. =)

Please explain what do you mean by data, this may help me to identify what
you are looking for.
I have Outlook, IE, nad a trading station opened most of the time, whenever
i try to access any of them I get that error, whan I choose to restart the
Windows Exlorer, the task bar dissappears momenteraly, then resurface with
reshuffeled minimized program icons.
