Windows Explorer top bar missing...

How do I turn on the Windows Explorer bar that has "File Edit View Tools
Help" on it? TIA, Paul

Tools-> Toolbars and click Menu Bar.

If you're using Vista click Organize|Layout and select Menu bar.

Press and release Alt. The menu bar will appear temporarily and you can
follow brummyfan's instructions.
