Windows Explorer windows size

This is not a really important issue, but one I'd like to be able t
"solve"

Does anyone know where in the registry Windows stores the defaul
window sizes for Windows Explorer? I'm asking because I'd like t
standardize the window sizes that are used when I press WIN+E or clic
one of the items under my user icon on the start menu

Currently WIN+E give me the size I want, which is sometimes saved, bu
using the start menu icons gives me a smaller window that I need t
waste time resizing first

An is there a way to prevent Windows from saving the explorer windo
sizes
