Windows Fax and Scan in Vista Enterprise?

According to Microsoft's Website, Windows Vista Enterprise is suppose to have
Windows Fax and Scan:

We have Vista Enterprise, RTM, and it does not have Windows Fax and Scan.

Can anyone assist on this?

Go to Control Panel > Programs and Features > "Turn Windows Features on or off"
