Windows Genuine Advantage Continues

Why am I prompted to download and install this update Windows Genuine
Advantage all the time?
I have had to install this 6 times so far, I have a legal copy and it's
beginning to annoy me.

Well it only works with FF for me but then I have not tried too hard,
I am just happy to get rid of the WGA crap which causes so much
aggravation.

This part of the page isn't very encouraging:

Alias

Microsoft seems to have blocked Opera from running update. It's too bad that
they force us to use their lousy browser.

Kind of reminds me of the oil companies...
