I keep getting this message ...looking for help on solving the problem...but
I'm very old and blonde and slow and ...computer illiterate...PLEASE type
slowly.

I tried this and it didn't work.

Now what???

Could someone also please tell me what the update does? Why do I need it?
and do I need it? will computering go on without it?
