This is yet another problem with uncoordinated changes within MS Windows
Update.
The WGA verification run from its own URLs sets permissions in the registry
that prevent the WGA KB892130 at Windows Update from running.

You need to run regedit and navigate to
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\LegitCheckControl.LegitCheck.1
Change the permissions and allow "Full Control" and "Read" for Administrators.
Now KB892130 will install without "access denied".

I had to also give Full Control and Read to
HKEY_Classes_Root\LegitCheckControl.LegitCheck (note it is without the number
1) to get it to work. Thanks for the help!
