Windows Genuine Advantage on WSUS

I am not seeing this Patch on the WSUS Server and coincidentally, my Laptop
is not recieving any WSUS updates since 13 June 2006.

I have downloaded and installed the WGA Patch "Manually" and now when I
manually look for patch updates my PC requires 15 Security Patches?

Does this Patch affected WSUS updates and if so why!?

How can I get WSUS server to allow this patch? When I search on KB892130 or
KB905474 the WSUS database reports back no entries for this patch!?
