Windows Genuine Valadation Tool

I inadvertenly answered never download Microsoft publisher wih Windows
Genuine Valadation Tool thinking this was Journal Viewer and NOW cannot use
Windows Update.

Any idea how I can now download the Genuine Valadation tool without access
to the windows update and valadate mhy system and use Automatic Windows
Updates.
