I recently had my version of windows xp pro validated. Was instructed by tech
to reinstall some files using old xp cd knowing that the Genuine Windows
would come back. I am not getting the Pop up (yet) but I don't think its
letting me get my critical updates that I need. Also, spoke to a tech today
via phone on other issues that I think are resolved? Can you help
