Do not uninstall Panda. Go to their site as my code showed. If you have
Panda Titinium etc there is a patch to download. Whilst downloading turnoff
Panda and close outlook etc. Download the patch and then restart PC etc. On
starting again re activate Panda. You will now find that the Validayion tool
will download correctly. Thanks to Microsodt advisor . Panda should have
notified all their customers of this problem as one does not normally visit
their page.
