Yes I downloaded right from the Avast site and yes I did make some changes to
the default settings. However reinstalling Avast may be a soulution if I
cannot find how to stop this issue.
Windows is blocking because the "program needs permission to run". Monitor
refreshes and I guess it decides I have permission! Red X is removed from
Avast and
My wireless connection is also connencted at this time, I am ready to go
after this frustrating delay.
