Windows host process (Rundll32) has stopped working

I am getting this error message:
Windows host process (Rundll32) has stopped working.

I do not have Nero installed. Any ideas on solving the error would be much
appreciated

Does Control Panel > Problem Reports and Solutions give any clues?

Or Administrative Tools > Event Viewer?
