I did as DSG suggested, and solved my problem. Here is where I found the

The third message in the thread is the procedure that worked for me.
I had hoped to get a more authoritative reply from one of the highly
knowledgeable MVPs who contribute frequently to this newsgroup.
I suppose it is too much to hope that problems like this would no longer
occur with a product which has been out for almost 5 years. :-(
BTW, can anyone tell me what error code 0x80070005 indicates? Is there a
master list of explanations of Windows error codes anywhere on the net?
