Windows Installer 3.1 removed from SUS

Does anyone know why? It was added 04/13. Just wondering if there was a
problem.

and that is not the only problem by using installer 3.0/3.1 ... older
applications may not work (under W2k SP4). Here WebScanX from McAfee
VirusScan 6.02 stopped!
