Windows installer package error (error code 1721)

dear all,
when i install biologon software in my XP embedded image, iam getting
the following error.
" there is a problem with eindows installer package. A program required for
this install to complete could not be run. contact your support personal or
package vendore "

You should probably contact the vendor of your "biologon" software, as well
as the people who put together your Embedded XP system.
