Windows Internet Explorer 7.0 for Windows XP

Cancelled by me in Nov, Failed twice Dec 3, Succeeded it's 3rd attempt, even
tried again on the 5th but failed. I just checked update history! I have been
having an array of problems for the last few days. Now with out all facts,
I'm still blaming it on IE 7.0 I do not want it at this time, I can not
locate it in order to uninstall, but I will......if someone would be so kind
as to help me PLEASE......I can't restore, tried, it's not in the add/remove
even ran a search. Have spent much time going thru all this info here and
there, tired and frustrated. PLEASE HELP!! thanks

My ISP provider can't get in either...my PC has slowed down and I
just got DSL 6.0 and it runs like dial-up!
