Windows Keeps reinstalling updates

Since just a little more than a month
Windows update installs updates
Tells me it was succesfull
But some time after that it offers the same updates again and again and again.
I have removes softwaredistribution after disabling update. Restarted update
again. But the problem is not solved.

Hope you van help me.
