Greetings,
Have you gone through the Audio Tuning Wizard recently? If not, click the Tools menu (or
press Alt-T), then Audio and Video setup. Then you can at least determine the mic is working
correctly and correct input has been selected.
If that doesn't have any affect, one thing you might try is you and your contact should turn
off the QoS Packet Scheduler. To do so, click Start, then click the Control Panel. If you're
in category view click Network and Internet connections then click Network Connections. Right
click your network/internet connection, then click Properties. Uncheck the QoS Packet
Scheduler, and then try again.
