If the calendar data and imported ics files are intact on the web server, you might try(proceed at your own risk) deleting the
Calendar for that specific Live ID.
C:\Users\<windows username>\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows Live Mail\Calendars\
Deleting the calendar folder will cause WLM to rebuild the local by syncing with that Live ID's calendar on the web server when
that same Live ID is used to sign on to Windows Live in WLM.
If not, and you still have the ics file that was imported into the web interface, you might try deleting the shared calendar in the
web UI and test if WLM calendar opens locally without the ics import overhead.
If not resolved, you should start a support ticket with Windows Live to see if they can resolve your problem.
