Windows live contacts

There is an option in contacts on the Pocket PC that allows you to "copy" a
Windows live contact "To Contact". Does this mean it is now an Outlook
contact?

It now has a Outlook icon associated with it, however, it still won't sync
with AS. Why is this, and how do I fix it. I rebooted, unchecked contacts
and rechecked it.

Not a feature I use a lot but checked it out for you. The Windows Live (WL)
contacts will sync between WL and the device. This set of contact will not
synchronize with MS Outlook. About the option to copy a WL contact using "To
Contact" - even if you use the feature, it will not synchronize with
Outlook. Don't know why but I think it might be that the option is
specifically for transferring contacts from SIM to Contacts of the phone and
vice-versa. Maybe someone who uses the feature regularly will be able to
advice better.
