windows live cursor

I have windows 7 and am using windows live e-mail.When I reply to a message
the cursor is below the message I recieved. I cannot seem to find a fix so
the coursor will be above the received message when I reply

Tools/Options/Advanced
Uncheck 'Reply on the bottom of the message'

Tools, Options, Advanced, uncheck "Reply on the bottom of a Message".
