Windows Live Freeze's ( Not Responding )

Hey guys, ive been trying to fix this problem for a very long time.. googled
it, seen its a problem but no one seems to have fixed this.

Msn just freeze's randomly for about 20 secs then will come back alive
again.. very annoying can anyone help?

Greetings,

Anything in particular you're doing when this happens? For instance, closing a conversation
window perhaps? People exciting/joining in a multi-user conversation?
