I had the same proplem. Right-click on one of your accounts (ie gmail). Then
click "properties." Then click the IMAP tab. See if you have checked the box
to "Store special folders on IMAP server. If checked it seems to cause
"junk" from other accounts to go into WLM junk e-mail folder. Try
unchecking it, logging into gmail and deleting entries in the junk email
folder there. What this "Store" option does is to sync back your WLM
transactions to your other email account servers. I think there is either a
problem or confusion as to how to stop the junk e-mail folder from filling.
I haven't been able to find the answer in forums, WLM help or internet
search.
