Along with the message > Service Temperaly Unavalible, but it says its all
stable when i click the link at the bottom!

PLEASE HELP... im on 8.5 for now anf thats old and boring compared to the
2009 edition, PLEASE ASSIST...

Rawr Luke,

Do you have AVG installed? If so, you'll need to either uninstall it or turn off the
'Instant messaging protection', which you'll find in the AVG options.
