Windows Live Messenger 2009 Beta Display Picture Size Issue

Now with this beta when I open the conversation window the default option for
display picture size is medium. Now if I pick the small size of the display
picture and having the conversation window open it stays small as it should
be because is the option I picked before but then when I close the
conversation window and then I open the same conversation window back again
the display picture changes the size back to medium and it doesn't stay small
as the option of size I picked before. Windows Live Messenger 2008 8.5 didn't
have this problem.

Does anyone know if there is there a Microsoft developer group, forum,
or something else that we could go to make this request to the Windows
Live MEssenger developer team?

"enable/disable sounds in THIS chat window only"
