I too, and everyone else i talk to are having the same webcam problem
since upgrading to 2009. I have vista premium and use Avg anti virus. M
daughter, who has Vista premium with no virus checker, also has the sam
problem with webcam. My sister in law has XP sp2 and no virus checke
and is also having the same problem since upgrading to W
2009..................It looks like the problem is totally with WL 200
and has nothing to do with Macafee
Since we are being forced to upgrade, how about getting us the fix
rather than passing the buck

I too am having the problem with the webcam and the pc call. Have they
come up with a fix yet? I am tired of trying to fix something on my pc
that can't be fixed. I looked it up and said that maybe my UPnP may have
been disabled, but upon looking, it is set to go.... I tried going back
to a previos version but something must have gotten changed because I
still cannot view or start a video or voice call to a pc. If there is a
fix out there, will someone be kind enough to sent the link. I cannot
find diddley-squat on an update. Thank you so much in advance for any
and all help.

we all have the same problem.. but microsoft sucks and offer no advice of any
kind. no comments gto these issues EVEN ON THEIR OWN WEB site.. and dont try
to search on tyhis error message.. because they claim to know nothig about
it. I gotta get an apple. thank god i sold my MS stock
