Windows Live Messenger 8.0 beta Toolbar Problem

For some odd reason I cannot hide the toolbar of Live Messenger, it just
won't go away no matter how hard I try! I know there usually is a button
that allows you to hide the toolbar but after reinstalling and restarting
it's still not there!! Anyone can offer me help? Many Thanks...

Which toolbar are you referring to? Could you be more specific or provide a screenshot?

Thanks for your reply Jonathan.

Below is a screenshot of my Windows Live Messenger. Notice the button for
hiding the Menu Bar is missing.
