I recently re-installed Vista on my computer, and when I close down a
conversation window in 'Live Messenger', I get the following error message :
"An error occurred saving the message history for ___ (<drive>:\My Received
Files\...\History\...xml):
Access is denied.
Do you want to save again?"
I have set the history to save on a separate drive, which was saving
messages in the past.
Even though I click on 'yes', I've noticed it still does not save the history.
I have run a 'take ownership' script on the root directory, and this did not
help.
Does anyone have any suggestions?
