Windows Live Messenger and Netgearcard?

Windows Live Messenger dosen´t start in my nootebok, but my friend can log on
my wiereless network and log on to Win Live Mess on his laptop? Hi has Win
Vista Home Prem and I have Win XP. Wrong messege at start and we have
uninstall all Windows Live komponents and install it again but it dsen´t
works.
Help please.
