Join the club. I do not know what Microsoft is doing making people upgrade to
2009 with this problem. I have not figured out what causes it. None of the
solutions suggested on here or in the messenger help works. I email support
and they say they are looking into it and trying to figure out whats wrong.
How important it is to them and how fast they want to fix it I am not sure
about. I would email support and tell them about your problem. Go to

and on the bottom right click on Get more help then click on
get support and that will allow you to get email support.
