Windows live messenger disfonction

Hi I have a problem with "Windows Live Messenger", in fact when I double-clik
on my shorticon, nothing happens after 10mn of loading.Windows says that "The
program doesn't work". I don't understad because MSN functioned since 1year
ago.
There is no loading at the launching of my computer.
So I distanlled this one and re-installed it, but the same problem had come
back.
i'm trying to install windows messenger 7.5, during 2 weeks all was ok and
after he told me to download the "Windows live messenger's upgrade"and the
problem of the launching has retried again.

Help me please.

PS: I had reboot my computer and my modem a lot of time:nothing happened
I disactived my firewall too.

MSN Messenger 7.5 is now finished; this week.
Bad move by microsoft as it worked perfectly.

Mick, do you mean v7.5 is not allowed on the network? What exactly do
you mean by "is now finished"?

Hi Nicolas,

Have you tried the latest version of Windows Live Messenger or the
latest Beta 2?
