Windows Live Messenger Frezee

One customer have an Microsoft Live Messenger , and during a chat , the
machine it freeze , and needed restarted,
I don't have how resolve this problem, I'm resintaling the SO (formatted)
and Reinstall aplication and the problem it's not resolved.
