Solution found!!
McAfee's Norton Anti Virus is likely crashing your Live Mail program. Even
if you think you have uninstalled it.
Dell and many other computers come with Norton Anti-Virus installed.
Simply using the Windows Uninstall doesn't remove all of the offending
Norton code. You also need to run a separate cleaner called MCPR see:
